Timmons) introduced the following bill; which was referred to the
Committee on Education and the Workforce

A BILL
To nullify certain documents issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission relating to gender-based workplace discrimination.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. NULLIFICATION OF EEOC GUIDANCE AND FACT SHEET RELATING TO
GENDER-BASED WORKPLACE DISCRIMINATION.
The proposed guidance entitled ``PROPOSED Enforcement Guidance on
Harassment in the Workplace'' (dated September 29, 2023), and the fact
sheet entitled ``Protections Against Employment Discrimination Based on
Sexual Orientation or Gender Identity'' (issued on June 15, 2021),
published by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shall have no
force or effect, and the Commission may not issue any identical or
substantially similar guidance or fact sheet.
