                                 A BILL


 
   To prohibit the use of Federal funds to establish, implement, or 
                   enforce any COVID-19 mask mandate.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Defunding Unscientific Mask Mandates 
Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. NO FEDERAL FUNDS TO ENFORCE COVID-19 MASK MANDATES.

    No Federal funds may be used to establish, implement, or enforce 
any requirement to wear a facial covering to prevent the spread of 
COVID-19.
