To temporarily apply the E10 Reid vapor pressure limitations to E15 in 
  the States of Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, 
                      South Dakota, and Wisconsin.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Year-Round E15 Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. TEMPORARY APPLICABILITY OF E10 REID VAPOR PRESSURE LIMITATIONS 
              TO E15.

    During the period that begins on May 1, 2024, and ends on September 
15, 2024, in the States of Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, 
Nebraska, Ohio, South Dakota, and Wisconsin, the Reid vapor pressure 
limitations applicable to fuel blends containing gasoline and 15 
percent denatured anhydrous ethanol under subsections (f) and (h) of 
section 211 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545) (including any waiver 
thereunder) shall be the same as any such limitations applicable to 
fuel blends containing gasoline and 10 percent denatured anhydrous 
ethanol under such subsections.
