Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Future Farmers and Ranchers of Tomorrow Act of 2024''. SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY FOR FARM LOANS AS A QUALIFIED BEGINNING FARMER OR RANCHER. Section 343(a)(11) of the Consolidated Farm and Rural Development Act (7 U.S.C. 1991(a)(11)) is amended by striking subparagraph (C) and redesignating subparagraphs (D) through (G) as subparagraphs (C) through (F), respectively. <all>
