To authorize the Secretary of State to withdraw from the United Nations 
Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East Federal 
         funds previously made available to such organization.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. AUTHORIZATION OF WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS.

    The Secretary of State shall take such steps as may be necessary to 
expeditiously withdraw or otherwise recover any Federal funds made 
available to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine 
Refugees in the Near East that have not been expended by such Agency as 
of the date of the enactment of this Act.
