To require the President to deliver ammunition to Israel, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Immediate Support for Israel Act''.

SEC. 2. IMMEDIATE DELIVERY OF AVAILABLE AMMUNITION TO ISRAEL.

    Title I of the Israel Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 
2024 (division A of Public Law 118-50) is amended in the matter under 
the heading ``Procurement of Ammunition, Army'' by striking 
``Provided'' and inserting ``Provided, That any ammunition procured 
under this heading shall be delivered to Israel not later than 30 days 
after the date such ammunition is so procured: Provided further,''.
