                                 A BILL


 
   To codify certain rules issued by the Secretary of Transportation 
     relating to airline fare transparency, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Enhancing Transparency from Airlines 
Act of 2024'' or the ``ETA Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF RULES RELATING TO AIRLINE FARE TRANSPARENCY.

    The following final rules issued by the Secretary of Transportation 
shall have the force and effect of law:
            (1) The rule titled ``Refunds and Other Consumer 
        Protections'' and published on April 26, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 
        32760).
            (2) The rule titled ``Enhancing Transparency of Airline 
        Ancillary Service Fees'' and published on April 30, 2024 (89 
        Fed. Reg. 34620).
