                                 A BILL


 
 To require the Secretary of the Interior to withdraw a proposed rule 
  relating to the biological integrity, diversity, and environmental 
             health of the National Wildlife Refuge System.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Biodiversity Oversight Scaled-back 
And Fully Erased Act of 2024'' or ``BIOSAFE Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSED RULE RELATING TO NATIONAL WILDLIFE 
              REFUGE SYSTEM.

    The Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the 
United States Fish and Wildlife Service, shall withdraw the proposed 
rule titled ``National Wildlife Refuge System; Biological Integrity, 
Diversity, and Environmental Health'' (89 Fed. Reg. 7345; published 
February 2, 2024).
