 Mr. Bean of Florida introduced the following bill; which was referred 
to the Committee on the Judiciary, and in addition to the Committee on 
   Small Business, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
  Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
           within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

 To amend title 5, United States Code, to apply regulatory flexibility 
           analysis requirements for the Department of Labor.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Let American Businesses be On Record 
Act of 2024'' or the ``LABOR Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT 
              OF LABOR.

    Section 609(d)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to 
read as follows:
            ``(3) the Department of Labor.''.
