Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Let American Businesses be On Record Act of 2024'' or the ``LABOR Act of 2024''. SEC. 2. REGULATORY FLEXIBILITY ANALYSIS REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOR. Section 609(d)(3) of title 5, United States Code, is amended to read as follows: ``(3) the Department of Labor.''. <all>
