To prohibit the importation of platinum and palladium from the Russian 
                              Federation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON THE IMPORTATION OF PLATINUM AND PALLADIUM 
              FROM THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION.

    The President shall prohibit the importation of platinum and 
palladium from the Russian Federation.
