To prohibit the implementation of the Proposed Resource Management Plan 
Amendment and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the 
                   Miles City Field Office, Montana.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. RESTRICTION ON PROPOSED RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PLAN AMENDMENT 
              AND FINAL SUPPLEMENTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT FOR 
              THE MILES CITY FIELD OFFICE, MONTANA.

    The Secretary of the Interior may not finalize, implement, 
administer, or enforce the Proposed Resource Management Plan Amendment 
and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement for the Miles 
City Field Office, Montana, referred to in the notice of availability 
published by the Bureau of Land Management titled ``Proposed Resource 
Management Plan Amendment and Final Supplemental Environmental Impact 
Statement for the Miles City Field Office, Montana'' (89 Fed. Reg. 
43432; published May 17, 2024).
