 Mr. Graves of Louisiana (for himself and Mr. Scalise) introduced the 
 following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Transportation 
   and Infrastructure, and in addition to the Committee on Financial 
Services, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in 
   each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
                jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To amend the Delta Development Act to include the parish of Terrebonne 
                  as a Delta Regional Authority area.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DELTA REGIONAL AUTHORITY AREAS.

    Section 4(2)(D) of the Delta Development Act (42 U.S.C. 3121 note; 
Public Law 100-460) is amended by inserting ``Terrebonne,'' after 
``Webster,''.
