                               RESOLUTION


 
   Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that former 
 President Donald J. Trump did not engage in insurrection or rebellion 
   against the United States, or give aid or comfort to the enemies 
                                thereof.

    Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that 
former President Donald J. Trump did not engage in insurrection or 
rebellion against the United States, or give aid or comfort to the 
enemies thereof.
