Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the situation
                 at the southern border is an invasion.

Whereas over 8 million illegal immigrants have crossed the southern border since
        January of 2021;
Whereas there has been an over 1,000-percent increase of people on the terrorist
        watchlist crossing the southern border; and
Whereas thousands of pounds of deadly drugs have flowed over the southern
        border, resulting in the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Americans:
        Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved, That it is the sense of the House of Representatives that
the situation at the southern border is an invasion.
