                               RESOLUTION

               Denouncing calls for a cease-fire in Gaza.

Whereas Hamas brutally attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, causing the death of
        over 1,200 Israeli citizens, including women and children;
Whereas the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) employed several
        Hamas terror operatives;
Whereas the Biden administration has funded UNRWA with over $1,000,000,000
        American taxpayer dollars;
Whereas the Biden administration restarted aid to the Palestinian Authority,
        which President Trump had suspended;
Whereas additional developmental aid to any Palestinian entity is illegal under
        the Taylor Force Act, after dozens of American citizens were killed
        under the Biden administration's watch by terrorists affiliated with
        Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, including on October 7;
Whereas the Palestinian Authority continues to pay salaries to terrorists and
        their families who have murdered American citizens;
Whereas progressive interest groups have demanded President Biden call for a
        cease-fire that would result in the laying down of arms by Israel and
        increased offensive measures by Hamas;
Whereas those same groups are demanding the establishment of an independent
        State of Palestine;
Whereas the Arabs rejected the 1947 United Nations Partition plan to establish
        an independent State of Palestine; and
Whereas the United States unequivocally stands with Israel and its indisputable
        right to defend itself: Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved, That the House of Representatives--
            (1) denounces calls for a cease-fire in Gaza;
            (2) calls for an end of United States funding of Hamas via
        UNRWA;
            (3) condemns calls for the establishment of an independent
        State of Palestine; and
            (4) calls for a termination of United States assistance to
        Palestinian entities, government officials, relief agencies,
        and NGOs until an independent and comprehensive investigation
        is completed.
