Whereas Hamas brutally attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, causing the death of
over 1,200 Israeli citizens, including women and children;
Whereas the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) employed several
Hamas terror operatives;
Whereas the Biden administration has funded UNRWA with over $1,000,000,000
American taxpayer dollars;

Hamas and the Palestinian Authority, including on October 7;
Whereas the Palestinian Authority continues to pay salaries to terrorists and
their families who have murdered American citizens;
Whereas progressive interest groups have demanded President Biden call for a
cease-fire that would result in the laying down of arms by Israel and
increased offensive measures by Hamas;
Whereas those same groups are demanding the establishment of an independent
State of Palestine;
Whereas the Arabs rejected the 1947 United Nations Partition plan to establish
an independent State of Palestine; and
Whereas the United States unequivocally stands with Israel and its indisputable

State of Palestine; and
(4) calls for a termination of United States assistance to
Palestinian entities, government officials, relief agencies,
and NGOs until an independent and comprehensive investigation
is completed.
