 of this resolution all documents, records, and communications in the 
 possession of the Secretary of Homeland Security relating to the July 
13, 2024, attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump, 
                        and for other purposes.

     Mr. Crane (for himself and Mr. Biggs) submitted the following 
    resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

                               RESOLUTION


 
 Directing the Secretary of Homeland Security to transmit to the House 
of Representatives not later than 7 days after the date of the adoption 
 of this resolution all documents, records, and communications in the 
 possession of the Secretary of Homeland Security relating to the July 
13, 2024, attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump, 
                        and for other purposes.

    Resolved, That the Secretary of Homeland Security is directed to 
transmit to the House of Representatives, not later than 7 days after 
the date of the adoption of this resolution, copies of any document, 
memorandum, correspondence, and other communication or any portion of 
any such communication, that refers or relates to the July 13, 2024, 
attempted assassination of former President Donald J. Trump, including 
the following:
            (1) All documents and communications relating to United 
        States Secret Service protection for former President Donald J. 
        Trump's campaign in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024.
            (2) All documents and communications, including text 
        messages and email communications, between and among, the 
        United States Secret Service and the Department of Homeland 
        Security related to former President Donald J. Trump's campaign 
        rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024.
            (3) All audio and video recordings in the United States 
        Secret Service's possession or custody related to former 
        President Donald J. Trump's campaign rally in Butler, 
        Pennsylvania, on July 13, 2024.
