Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require continued 
  broadcasting of the full House Chamber during legislative business 
   consistent with the broadcasts that occured on January 3-6, 2023.

  Mr. Payne, Mr. Takano, Ms. Velazquez, Mrs. Watson Coleman, and Mrs. 
Dingell) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the 
                           Committee on Rules

                               RESOLUTION


 
Amending the Rules of the House of Representatives to require continued 
  broadcasting of the full House Chamber during legislative business 
   consistent with the broadcasts that occured on January 3-6, 2023.

    Resolved, That clause 2(a) of rule V of the Rules of the House of 
Represenatives is amended by adding at the end the following:
    ``The recording and broadcasting performed pursuant to this clause 
shall ensure the possible coverage of floor proceedings that are least 
as transparent as the broadcasts that occured on January 3-6, 2023, at 
the beginning of the 118th Congress.''.
