Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Repair Abuses of MSP Payments (RAMP) Act''. SEC. 2. PRIVATE CAUSE OF ACTION FOR DAMAGES IN THE CASE OF A GROUP HEALTH PLAN WHICH FAILS TO PROVIDE FOR PRIMARY PAYMENT OR APPROPRIATE REIMBURSEMENT. Section 1862(b)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 1395y(b)(3)(A)) is amended by striking ``primary plan'' and inserting ``group health plan (as defined in paragraph (1)(A)(v))''. <all>
