      bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on 
                  Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry

To amend the Federal Crop Insurance Act to allow for the separation of 
      enterprise units by continuous and fallow cropping systems.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ENTERPRISE UNITS FOR CONTINUOUS AND FALLOW CROPPING SYSTEMS.

    Section 508(e)(5) of the Federal Crop Insurance Act (7 U.S.C. 
1508(e)(5)) is amended by adding at the end the following:
                    ``(F) Fallow cropping systems.--Beginning with the 
                2024 crop year, the Corporation shall make available 
                separate enterprise units for fallow and continuous 
                acreage of crops in counties.''.
