                                 A BILL


 
  To amend the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 2006 to 
            reauthorize the Fugitive Safe Surrender Program.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Fugitive Safe Surrender 
Reauthorization Act of 2023''.

SEC. 2. FUGITIVE SAFE SURRENDER PROGRAM.

    Section 632(c) of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act of 
2006 (34 U.S.C. 20989(c)) is amended by striking paragraphs (1) through 
(3) and inserting the following:
            ``(1) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2024;
            ``(2) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2025;
            ``(3) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; and
            ``(4) $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2027.''.
