Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Nationwide Right To Unionize Act''. SEC. 2. PREEMPTING STATE RIGHT-TO-WORK LAWS. Subsection (b) of section 14 of the National Labor Relations Act (29 U.S.C. 164) is repealed. <all>
