                                 A BILL


 
To amend the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 to remove a 
    prohibition on the use of funds relating to the provision of a 
     dangerous weapon or training in the use of a dangerous weapon.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Educating Responsible Future Hunters 
Act''.

SEC. 2. AMENDMENT ON ESEA FUNDING.

    Section 8526 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 
(20 U.S.C. 7906) is amended--
            (1) in paragraph (5), by adding ``or'' after the semicolon;
            (2) in paragraph (6), by striking ``; or'' and inserting a 
        period; and
            (3) by striking paragraph (7).
