  To reauthorize the program of surveillance and education regarding 
  infections associated with illicit drug use and other risk factors.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF PROGRAM.

    Section 317N(d) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 247b-
15(d)) is amended by striking ``2019 through 2023'' and inserting 
``2024 through 2028''.
