A BILL
To prohibit the use of Federal funds and resources for congressional
travel to the People's Republic of China.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``No Overseas Congressional Help for
International Negotiations with Adversaries Act'' or the ``NO CHINA
Act''.
SEC. 2. PROHIBITION OF FEDERALLY FUNDED CONGRESSIONAL TRAVEL TO CHINA.
(a) In General.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law--
(1) Federal funds made available before, on, or after the
date of enactment of this Act shall not be expended for any
congressional delegation or other congressional trip to the
People's Republic of China; and
(2) Federal resources, such as military aircraft, shall not
be used for any such delegation or trip.
(b) Rule of Construction.--Nothing in this section shall be
construed to apply to congressional travel to Taiwan.
