bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on Energy and 
                           Natural Resources

                                 A BILL


 
   To redesignate the Mount Evans Wilderness as the ``Mount Blue Sky 
                 Wilderness'', and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Mount Blue Sky Wilderness Act''.

SEC. 2. REDESIGNATION OF THE MOUNT EVANS WILDERNESS AS THE ``MOUNT BLUE 
              SKY WILDERNESS''.

    (a) Redesignation.--Section 102(a)(10) of Public Law 96-560 (16 
U.S.C. 1132 note; 94 Stat. 3267) is amended by striking ``as the Mount 
Evans Wilderness;'' and inserting ``as the `Mount Blue Sky 
Wilderness';''.
    (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, 
paper, or other record of the United States to the Mount Evans 
Wilderness shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Mount Blue Sky 
Wilderness''.
