                                 A BILL


 
To make a supplemental appropriation to the Secretary of State to carry 
     out the mission and activities of the United States Security 
         Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``USSC Emergency Supplemental Act''.

SEC. 2. SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION FOR UNITED STATES SECURITY 
              COORDINATOR FOR ISRAEL AND THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY.

    In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated 
to the Secretary of State, out of amounts in the Treasury not otherwise 
appropriated, $10,000,000, to remain available until expended, to carry 
out the mission and activities of the United States Security 
Coordinator for Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
