 To increase the potential penalty for property damage at the National 
        Gallery of Art and certain other buildings and grounds.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Consequences for Climate Vandals 
Act''.

SEC. 2. PENALTIES FOR PROPERTY DAMAGE AT THE NATIONAL GALLERY OF ART 
              AND CERTAIN OTHER BUILDINGS AND GROUNDS.

    Section 6307(b)(1) of title 40, United States Code, is amended by 
striking ``five'' and inserting ``ten''.
