 To amend the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act to fund the 
   information clearinghouse through fiscal year 2031, and for other 
                               purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Hunger Clearinghouse Enhancement Act 
of 2024''.

SEC. 2. INFORMATION CLEARINGHOUSE.

    Section 26 of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 
U.S.C. 1769g) is amended--
            (1) in subsection (a)--
                    (A) by inserting ``, including information with 
                respect to the utilization of trained volunteers,'' 
                after ``provide information''; and
                    (B) by inserting ``resources that address ways to 
                prevent hunger,'' after ``food assistance,''; and
            (2) in subsection (d), in the first sentence--
                    (A) by striking ``and'' before ``$250,000''; and
                    (B) by striking ``2024'' and inserting ``2023, and 
                $750,000 for each of fiscal years 2024 through 2031''.
