  To reprogram Federal funds appropriated for UNRWA to construct the 
    southwest border wall and to prohibit future funding for UNRWA.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPROGRAMMING OF AMOUNTS APPROPRIATED FOR UNRWA.

    (a) In General.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, all 
Federal funds that, as of the date of the enactment of this Act, have 
been appropriated for, but not provided to, the United Nations Relief 
and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East shall be made 
available for the construction of a permanent physical barrier along 
the southwest border of the United States.
    (b) Prohibition of Future Funding.--Beginning on the date of the 
enactment of this Act, no Federal funds may be provided to the United 
Nations Relief and Work Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East.
