A BILL
To prohibit the use of funds to implement, administer, or enforce
certain rules of the Environmental Protection Agency.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. PROHIBITING THE USE OF FUNDS TO IMPLEMENT, ADMINISTER, OR
ENFORCE CERTAIN RULES OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
AGENCY.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, none of the funds made
available for fiscal year 2024 may be used to implement, administer, or
enforce the proposed rule of the Environmental Protection Agency
entitled ``Multi-Pollutant Emissions Standards for Model Years 2027 and
Later Light-Duty and Medium-Duty Vehicles'' (88 Fed. Reg. 29184 (May 5,
2023)), the final rule of the Environmental Protection Agency entitled
``Multi-Pollutant Emissions Standards for Model Years 2027 and Later
Light-Duty and Medium-Duty Vehicles'' and submitted for publication in
the Federal Register on March 20, 2024, or any substantially similar
rule.
