  Mr. Ossoff (for himself and Mr. Grassley) introduced the following 
    bill; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on the 
                               Judiciary

                                 A BILL


 
   To increase the penalty for prohibited possession of a phone in a 
                         correctional facility.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Lieutenant Osvaldo Albarati Stopping 
Prison Contraband Act''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITED POSSESSION OF A PHONE.

    Section 1791(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended--
            (1) in paragraph (3), by inserting ``or (d)(1)(F)'' after 
        ``(d)(1)(B)''; and
            (2) in paragraph (4), by striking ``, (d)(1)(E), or 
        (d)(1)(F)'' and inserting ``or (d)(1)(E)''.
