       To reauthorize the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act of 2020.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Uyghur Human Rights Policy 
Reauthorization Act of 2024''.

SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION.

    Section 6(h) of the Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act of 2020 (Public 
Law 116-145; 22 U.S.C. 6901 note) is amended by striking ``5 years 
after'' and inserting ``10 years after''.
