 To authorize the appropriation of amounts for the planning and design 
  of a civil engineering group facility at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, 
                                Georgia.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Dobbins Civil Engineering Support 
Act''.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF AMOUNTS FOR PLANNING AND DESIGN OF A CIVIL 
              ENGINEERING GROUP FACILITY AT DOBBINS AIR RESERVE BASE, 
              GEORGIA.

    There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary of Defense 
for fiscal year 2025 $1,200,000 for the planning and design of a civil 
engineering group facility at Dobbins Air Reserve Base, Georgia.
