                To rescind funds for green energy loans.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. RESCISSION OF FUNDS FOR GREEN ENERGY LOANS.

    Of the unobligated balances of amounts made available by section 
50141(b) of Public Law 117-169 (commonly referred to as the ``Inflation 
Reduction Act'') (136 Stat. 2043), $810,000,000 are rescinded.
