joint resolution; which was read twice and referred to the Committee on
Environment and Public Works

JOINT RESOLUTION
Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5,
United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental
Protection Agency entitled ``Finding That Lead Emissions From Aircraft
Engines That Operate on Leaded Fuel Cause or Contribute to Air
Pollution That May Reasonably Be Anticipated To Endanger Public Health
and Welfare''.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United
States of America in Congress assembled, That Congress disapproves the
rule submitted by the Administrator of the Environmental Protection
Agency relating to ``Finding That Lead Emissions From Aircraft Engines
That Operate on Leaded Fuel Cause or Contribute to Air Pollution That
May Reasonably Be Anticipated To Endanger Public Health and Welfare''
(88 Fed. Reg. 72372 (October 20, 2023)), and such rule shall have no
force or effect.
