Program for Wednesday: Senate will continue consideration of the 
nomination of Ann Marie McIff Allen, of Utah, to be United States 
District Judge for the District of Utah, post-cloture, and vote on 
confirmation of the nomination at 12 noon.
  Following disposition of the nomination, Senate will begin 
consideration of S.J. Res. 61, providing for congressional disapproval 
under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted 
by the Federal Highway Administration relating to ``National 
Performance Management Measures; Assessing Performance of the National 
Highway System, Greenhouse Gas Emissions Measure'', and vote on passage 
thereon at 2:45 p.m.
  Following disposition of the joint resolution, Senate will begin 
consideration of H.J. Res. 98, providing for congressional disapproval 
under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted 
by the National Labor Relations Board relating to ``Standard for 
Determining Joint Employer Status'', and vote on passage thereon at 5 
p.m.
