 To repeal a requirement for the Secretary of Transportation to issue 
     certain regulations with respect to advanced impaired driving 
                  technology, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Kill Switches in Cars Act''.

SEC. 2. ADVANCED IMPAIRED DRIVING TECHNOLOGY.

    Section 24220 of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Public 
Law 117-58) is repealed.
