Crane, Mr. Hunt, Mr. Steube, Mr. Harris of North Carolina, Mr. Tiffany, 
Ms. Greene of Georgia, Mr. Weber of Texas, Mr. Harris of Maryland, Mr. 
 Gosar, Mr. Gill of Texas, Mr. Amodei of Nevada, Mr. Cline, Mr. Mills, 
 and Mrs. Spartz) introduced the following bill; which was referred to 
the Committee on the Budget, and in addition to the Committee on Rules, 
for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case 
for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of 
                        the committee concerned

                                 A BILL


 
             To repeal the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REPEAL OF IMPOUNDMENT CONTROL ACT OF 1974.

    The Impoundment Control Act of 1974 (2 U.S.C. 681 et seq.) is 
hereby repealed.
