 introduced the following bill; which was referred to the Committee on 
Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committees on Agriculture, 
and Transportation and Infrastructure, for a period to be subsequently 
   determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To prohibit the Environmental Protection Agency from using assessments 
generated by the Integrated Risk Information System for rulemakings and 
           other regulatory actions, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``No Industrial Restrictions in Secret 
Act of 2025'' or the ``No IRIS Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON USE OF ASSESSMENTS GENERATED BY THE INTEGRATED 
              RISK INFORMATION SYSTEM PROGRAM.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of 
the Environmental Protection Agency may not use any assessment 
generated by the Integrated Risk Information System program of the 
Environmental Protection Agency--
            (1) to develop, finalize, or issue a rule or regulation;
            (2) to carry out any other regulatory, enforcement, or 
        permitting action; or
            (3) to inform air toxics assessments or other mapping or 
        screening tools.
