Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Food Secure Strikers Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. ELIGIBILITY OF STRIKING WORKERS. Section 6(d) of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2015(d)) is amended-- (1) in paragraph (1)(D)-- (A) by striking clause (iv); and (B) by redesignating clauses (v) and (vi) as clauses (iv) and (v), respectively; and (2) in paragraph (3)-- (A) by striking ``participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program at any time that'' and inserting ``be ineligible to participate in the supplemental nutrition assistance program as a result of''; (B) by striking ``is on strike'' and inserting ``being on strike''; and (C) by striking ``: Provided, That'' and all that follows through the period at the end and inserting a period. <all>
