A BILL
To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit the communication of
classified information on mobile or desktop messaging application, and
for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Homeland Operations and Unilateral
Tactics Halting Incursions: Preventing Coordinated Subversion, Military
Aggression and Lawless Levies Granting Rogue Operatives Unchecked Power
Act of 2025'' or the ``HOUTHI PC SMALL GROUP Act of 2025''.
SEC. 2. COMMUNICATION OF CLASSIFIED INFORMATION ON MOBILE OR DESKTOP
MESSAGING APPLICATION.
(a) In General.--Chapter 37 of title 18, United States Code, is
amended by inserting after section 798A the following:
``Sec. 798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or
desktop messaging application
``Whoever knowingly communicates, furnishes, transmits, or
otherwise makes available any classified information on a mobile or
desktop messaging application shall be fined under this title,
imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both.''.
(b) Clerical Amendment.--The table of sections for chapter 37 of
title 18, United States Code, is amended by inserting after the item
related to section 798A the following:
``798B. Communication of classified information on mobile or desktop
messaging application.''.
