 Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, 
 in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the 
                jurisdiction of the committee concerned

  To repeal section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control 
      Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Evidence-Based Drug Policy Act of 
2025''.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF SECTION 704(B)(12) OF THE OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG 
              CONTROL POLICY REAUTHORIZATION ACT OF 1998.

    Section 704(b)(12) of the Office of National Drug Control Policy 
Reauthorization Act of 1998 (21 U.S.C. 1703(b)(12)) is repealed.
