Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Healthy Start Reauthorization Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF HEALTHY START INITIATIVE. Section 330H(e)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254c-8(e)(1)) is amended-- (1) by striking ``appropriated'' and inserting the following: ``appropriated-- ``(A)''; (2) in subparagraph (A), as so inserted, by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(B) $145,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.''.
