Reg. 23338 (April 3, 2024)) shall have no force or effect. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Healthcare Freedom and Choice Act''. SEC. 2. SHORT-TERM, LIMITED DURATION INSURANCE RULE NULLIFICATION. The final interagency rule published by the Internal Revenue Service, the Employee Benefits Security Administration, and the Health and Human Services Department relating to ``Short-Term, Limited- Duration Insurance and Independent, Noncoordinated Excepted Benefits Coverage'' (89 Fed. Reg. 23338 (April 3, 2024)) shall have no force or effect. <all>
