   To codify Executive Order 14233 relating to establishment of the 
  strategic Bitcoin reserve and United States digital asset stockpile.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Executive Order 14233 Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER EO 14233, ESTABLISHMENT OF THE 
              STRATEGIC BITCOIN RESERVE AND UNITED STATES DIGITAL ASSET 
              STOCKPILE.

    Executive Order 14233 relating to the establishment of the 
strategic Bitcoin reserve and United States digital asset stockpile 
shall have the force and effect of law.
