 Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
Committee on Education and Workforce, and in addition to the Committees 
on Armed Services, and Foreign Affairs, for a period to be subsequently 
   determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such 
 provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

      To codify Executive Order 14190 (relating to ending radical 
                   indoctrination in K-12 schooling).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``EO 14190 Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14190, ENDING RADICAL 
              INDOCTRINATION IN K-12 SCHOOLING.

    Executive Order 14190 (90 Fed. Reg. 8853; Ending Radical 
Indoctrination in K-12 Schooling) shall have the force and effect of 
law.
