 Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
 Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committees on 
 Armed Services, Foreign Affairs, and Financial Services, for a period 
    to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for 
consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the 
                          committee concerned

To codify Executive Order 14285, titled ``Unleashing America's Offshore 
                   Critical Minerals and Resources''.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``EO 14285 Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14285.

    Executive Order 14285 (90 Fed. Reg. 17735, relating to seabed 
mineral resource development) shall have the force and effect of law.
