 Mr. Burchett introduced the following bill; which was referred to the 
  Committee on Natural Resources, and in addition to the Committee on 
House Administration, for a period to be subsequently determined by the 
  Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall 
           within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned

To codify Executive Order 14253 (relating to restoring truth and sanity 
                         to American history).

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``EO 14253 Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXECUTIVE ORDER 14253.

    Executive Order 14253 (90 Fed. Reg. 14563; relating to restoring 
truth and sanity to American history) shall have the force and effect 
of law.
