To direct the United States International Trade Commission to carry out 
 a study on the inflationary impact of the tariffs imposed by certain 
 Executive orders and to report to Congress the findings of such study.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act may be cited as the ``Toll of Tariffs Act of 2025''.

SEC. 2. UNITED STATES INTERNATIONAL TRADE COMMISSION STUDY AND REPORT 
              ON INFLATIONARY EFFECTS OF TARIFFS.

    (a) Study.--The United States International Trade Commission (in 
this Act referred to as the ``Commission'') shall carry out a study on 
the inflationary impact of the tariffs imposed by Executive orders 
issued during the period beginning on or after January 20, 2025, and 
ending on the date of enactment of this Act.
    (b) Report.--Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of 
this Act, the Commission shall submit to Congress a report containing--
            (1) the results of the study under subsection (a); and
            (2) impacts to the Consumer Price Index for All Urban 
        Consumers (CPI-U) and in comparable measures tracking price 
        changes in non-urban areas, as determined by the Bureau of 
        Labor Statistics, of the tariffs described in subsection (a).
