                    Committee on Energy and Commerce

                                 A BILL


 
To define ``showerhead'' for the purpose of determining the acceptable 
        water pressure for a showerhead, and for other purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHOWERHEADS DEFINED.

    (a) Repeal.--The final rule of the Department of Energy titled 
``Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead'' (86 Fed. Reg. 
71797 (December 20, 2021)) is repealed.
    (b) Showerhead Definition.--The final rule of the Department of 
Energy titled ``Energy Conservation Program: Definition of Showerhead'' 
(85 Fed. Reg. 81341 (December 16, 2020)) shall have the force and 
effect of law.
